About Us

Our site and facilities.

.
We are a 5 van site, set in the rural, quiet area of Friskney, 10 minutes walk to the village centre. Situated 15 minutes drive to the seaside town of  Skegness, 20 minutes to Historic Boston and on the door step of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
A mile down the road, is the Lincolnshire Wildlife Centre, (formally the Parrot Zoo.) We are a relaxed site, with a policy of, park where you want. (please consider other site users)
We do not charge any extras and at £12 per night, including EHU,  we feel we are good value for money. (We would appreciate if people would refrain from heating up their awnings or using air conditioning units in the awnings, as this raises our electricity bills.)
We welcome well behaved children and dogs.
We have a wildlife pond, which is currently under development; this is fenced off. (Any help with weeding, is always welcome)
It attracts butterflies, dragon flies and we also have Great Crested Newts. The resident ducks enjoy a swim and we also rescue fish!
Our site is sheltered by the tall poplar trees, Leylandii and Beech Trees which keeps off the wind and creates a sun trap.
Surrounded by fields, it is a good place to wind down after a busy day touring, or stay on site and relax.
We have a fenced off area, which houses our Elsan point, rubbish disposal, fresh water and information shed.
We do not have toilets or showers.
We would appreciate if people did not dispose of wet wipes in the Elsan.

We have a new tea room within our land. This will serve coffee, tea, cakes and puddings and food, which has recently won an award for the Tastes of Lincolnshire aware, Gold citation, best newcomer. . Our tea room is a non for profit business, with a purpose for providing work experience, self worth, self esteem and transferable skills to learning disabled adults in and around Lincolnshire.  GPC Specialist tea room C.I.C. Come and try us!

A quiet rural touring site.

2020 A peaceful, quiet, rural Caravan and Motorhome Club, Certificated Location, with Electric hook up for £12 per night .  Bookings taken via email and phone. Please leave messages if we are not there. We are around the land somewhere.

Where we are

Close to the seaside town of Skegness, and on the door stop of the Lincolnshire Wolds with its rolling hills. The site is situated near bus stops, has access to the fully stocked village shop, a beautiful old church, walking distance to the local pub, (due to the passing of the landlord, this is currently closed)  and close to the RSPB nature reserves of Gibraltar Point and Freiston Shore. Of course our own tearoom is next door.
